How to select a class
Hatha - Feel relaxed and rejuvenated with gentle breathing exercises, standing, sitting and inverted postures for calmness and total wellbeing.
Flow - Smooth transition from one posture to the next, in a rhythmic sequence. A complete workout for your spine and muscles.
Sweat - Sun-salutes, followed by a series of challenging standing postures, culminating in meditative postures, for strength and stamina.
Power - A dynamic sequence of set postures, linked to one another, for developing power and strength.
Cardio - Sun-Salutes in various modes. A total cardio work out for endurance and stamina.
